My Logo

The Celtic Triple Spiral or Triskele is often referred to as the ‘spiral of life”. When I visited the Newgrange site in Ireland [my home country] about 25 years ago, I was filled with awe and inspiration when I saw firsthand the design engraved on the stone in front of the entrance.

The Symbol

This symbol represents one of the most famous Irish Megalithic scribings but it is a symbol which also has universal significance and can be found throughout history across the world. The Celts regarded the triskelion as a symbol that tells a complex tale of motion, movement, and a journey through life in order to reach the spirituality of pure understanding or enlightenment.

The Message

The Triskelion carries a message about the knowing of time, conveying that time is circular like the seasons and that movement and change are inevitable and naturally progressive. The energy of movement is what is believed to inspire life within us, so it is especially useful when people feel stuck in their lives or experience anxiety or depression.

I love the concept that The Triskelion is “an amulet of protection” to help us overcome the obstacles and stuck moments in one’s journey of life. The Triskelion is also about “The Power Of Three” and the number, “three” and is universally considered a symbol of the unity of, body, mind, and spirit.

My experience at Newgrange in Ireland, and the meaning of this symbol, are very personal and special to me, and I strive to carry these elements into my work with people to help them connect with what is meaningful for them, and become unstuck in their journey through life.

I look forward to meeting you.
